My old saw finally gave it up after 25 years. I wanted something comparable to it. Talked with Willis extensively. Very informative and honest. He recommended the Echo 4920 due to weight. I went with the CS590 Echo. This saw is a beast. Very impressive. Do not stand behind it you will get covered with wood shavings. I recommend this saw.

I’ve been going to Rodney since I bought my first mower over a year ago to start my business, he’s a great guy who can explain the details of whatever purchase you’re wanting to make and help you make the right choice. Last year I had a manufacturing issue come up with one of my blowers, he handled everything for me as far as getting it replaced and even gave me an equally expensive blower to use while I waited for the new one to come in to make sure I didn’t get behind on my schedule. Last week I came in to buy a chainsaw and had my eye on a certain one, he showed me another one that was exactly what I needed but had a reasonable discount. He could have easily sold me the more expensive one but he keeps his customers in mind and tries to help anywhere he can. Rodney’s helped me multiple times over the last year when I’m in a pinch and was the reason I didn’t get behind with any of my clients. He’s the type of business owner who would give you the shirt off his back if you needed it.

Always treated like family. Works hard to get everything right and make sure you are satisfied. Good price, doesn’t over charge or do any unnecessary work without you knowing. I won’t go anywhere else to have my lawn and garden tools serviced and as long as he has what I need, I’ll buy from Willis Turf.

If you go in and know exactly what you want, this dude gets you in and out. I see how he might seem rude as I have read some reviews on here. But in my opinion, people who have a problem with his directness probably don’t deal with mechanics regularly. I understand and respect it. I’ll be a return customer.
